The Elevator - Kohler

The Elevator begins with descending legato scale passages in the right hand alternating with contrasting staccato left hand chords. In the second half of the piece, the roles are reversed with the legato touch now in the left hand ascending passages and detached chords in the right. Maintain a quiet wrist in all scale passages. An excellent scale work study for both hands.
