Position: Administrative Team Member

Purpose

Administrative Team Members are responsible for maintaining seamless registration and enrollment processes. Additionally, they are responsible for assisting student, parents, and faculty members through the management and organization of administrative systems and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a seamless registration and enrollment process

  • Maintaining BCCM administrative systems

  • General organization of schedules and student

  • Ensuring the proper upkeep of records and registration processes for events and enrollment

Skills

  • Competency in Word and Excel

  • Learning: Ability to learn and use student information systems, online programs, and administrative systems proficiently

  • Attention to detail: Ability to double check your work ensuring accuracy

  • Communication: Ability to accurately communicate information with team members and students using multiple methods of communication
