Fax, Mail, or Bring Entry Forms
Entry forms may be faxed, mailed or delivered in person to the BCCM office. Choose from the following two methods to complete registration.

Registration for examinations may be completed entirely online, including student and teacher information, and fee payment.
Payment Information
Payment may be made with Visa, Master Card, or Cheque payable to BCCM, or cash. DO NOT MAIL CASH. Full payment must be included with the entry form. Cheques should be dated the day the entry form is submitted. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
